Spencer: A Heartwarming Romance at Hathaway House

Welcome to Hathaway House, a rehab center that offers a safe haven and a second chance at life and love. Spencer didn't plan on arriving at Hathaway House before his friend, but that's how things panned out, leaving him in a state of waiting for his buddy to show up. In the meantime, he has work to do.

Right from day one, Spencer is determined to establish and maintain some independence in the busy center. Fortunately, he meets the groundskeeper on his first attempt at getting coffee. Bella has been tending to the Hathaway House grounds for over five years. While she has interacted with many residents, she has never really gotten close to any of them—until Spencer.

Now, she finds herself unable to help but watch his progress in awe as he dedicates himself to his program. Is he working so hard to show off to his soon-to-arrive friend, for Bella's sake, or because he's eager to leave the center and begin his new and improved future? A future that won't be in Hathaway House and one that might not include her.
